The 2020 Mâcon-Chardonnay Clos de la Crochette has a wonderful bouquet with fine delineation and touches of crushed rock filtering through the malic fruit. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Somehow playful, this is a joyful Mâconnais wine with a long saline finish.

This vintage, Noëmie Durantou decided that one lot of Cabernet Franc was so good that she took it out of La Chenade and blended it into the 2021 Les Cruzelles. It has a lovely nose with blackberry, redcurrant, undergrowth and hints of bell pepper, that Cabernet lending more complexity.
The 2018 Chianti Classico Fontodi marries the natural concentration of Panzano with the greater vibrancy and energy that are such signatures here in recent years. Dark cherry, plum, graphite, leather, licorice and mocha build effortlessly in the glass.
