Latimer Vintners are excited to invite you to our first producer dinner of 2022, welcoming our favourite Chablis vigneron, Patrick Piuze, back to London for the first time since 2019. 

We have worked with Patrick to put together a fascinating selection of wine that illustrate his obsession with the different terroirs of Chablis. Wines will cover all quality levels including 1er and Grand Cru, as well as featuring some older wines direct from the Domaine’s cellars. The wine parings will showcase Patrick’s unique expression of each cuvée and he will offer his insight into how and why the wines were crafted.

The wines will be served alongside a specially designed 3 course menu at Pantechnicon in Belgravia. The style of cooking, a blend of Nordic and Japanese cuisines, will compliment the Domaine’s character perfectly. The evening promises to be a highlight in Latimer’s 2022 events calendar, bringing together Patrick’s charm and charisma with his expertly crafted, terroir driven wines, all of which will be matched with some exciting dishes. 

Tickets are priced at £155 per person and volumes are strictly limited to 30, so do let us know as soon as you can if you would like to join us for a relaxed evening enjoying some fabulous wines.
