What is the difference between the In Bond and Inc VAT option?
For those wanting to get their wine delivered directly to their house, you must click the Inc VAT tab before adding the wine to your basket. This ensures that Duty + VAT is added to your basket total and you can enter where you would like the wine delivered.
If you would like to store your wine in our Latimer Reserves, or get them transferred to another bonded warehouse, add them to your basket as In Bond. When you get to the checkout, you will be asked to add in your bonded warehouse details.
If you mistakenly choose the wrong option out of these two, please remove them from your basket and add them again with the right option chosen.
Why are some wines only available In Bond?
For wines that have not arrived at our warehouse, these are only possible to be purchased In Bond. If you are wanting these to be delivered as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, please let us know. Once they have arrived, we will issue a Duty + VAT invoice and process these to be delivered.
Why are some wines only available Duty Paid?
Occasionally, we will purchase wines that are Duty Paid. In these instances, they will only be available for you to purchase Duty Paid.

Do you buy wines from small, independent collectors?
James and Michael have had extensive experience in valuing cellars large and small. We will be delighted to offer prices on all wines and we are in a position to buy stock outright or broker wines on a your behalf. We are confident that our prices are amongst the most competitive in the market.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery on orders over £500 to addresses in England. Standard delivery rates are charged at £20.00 for orders below this. Please enquire for delivery costs to: Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Hebrides, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles, Shetland, Orkney, The Isle of Man and The Channel Isles.
For In Bond transfers, a £20 charge is included in orders below £500. Free In Bond transfer is offered for orders above £500.
Why are some wines only available for customers based in the UK?
For some of our producers from whom we buy directly, the agreement has been put in place that we can only sell these wines to the UK market. On the wines for which this applies, there is a sign saying UK only on the product pages.
